Sandwich style EPS (epispastics polystyrene) 50mm thickness, EPSfoam Density is 14kg/m³ ;The Colorful steel skin boards have been HDG(hot dip galvanizing ),lift-span can reach 20years without rusting Thickness is 0.326mm.It keeps high insulation performance with a low weight. Blue white , Red and Orange Colors are available .Galvanized steel roof panel.

Air Circulation System

Intake Fan

2x4kw intake fan. Centrifugal insulated fan introduced from .Siemens technology. Supply large air flow to the working environment at low noise.

Air Pipe

Made of Galvanized steel sheet consisted of 4 pieces of straight pipe 750*750*1000, and 1piece of elbow.

Air Flow: 24000m3/h. Air Speed: 0.3-0.5m/s.

Air Purification System

Dual filtering structure. The primary filter can capture granules larger than 10μm. Ceiling filter capture granules bigger than 5μm. The air cleanliness in the working environment can reaches 98%.

Heating System

Infrared Lamp

Consist of 28 sets of infrared lamp, Each set of infrared lamp have protected net. The electric heating exchange rate reaches 95%,Infrared Heat radiation have a feature of high penetration, efficient, no noise, pollution free etc. Max. temperature at 80°C .

Optional Infrared Lamp

Consist of 10 sets of infrared lamp. Each set have a cover and 3 tubes. Total 30 tubes. There is a stainless steel mirror reflector for maximum heat projection efficiency.

Lighting System

Ceiling light has 24 pcs of 36w lamps. 800 Lux.
